Psychological aspects of workplace productivity

Something triggered my attention today as I was reviewing a newsletter draft for one of my clients - doctor Kalitenko. In one of the passages he writes about hormonally imbalanced woman, a business owner who is struggling with her business' failure. The reason for it is her going through the menopause. All adequate, no questions asked - but how often do we have a situation like this in a corporate world where your workplace productivity is affected by such a "problem".

Let's say there are people A, B and C, where B is being a 'b#tch' hated by A and C. However C and A have to report to B. Frequent 'freak outs' of B is a cause of lower productivity for A and C. B is a highly paid ivy league graduate, in her late 20s, probably making six-figure? Sounds familiar ?

Just a note to business consultants: in such cases make sure to get A's and C's trust you and talk about everything in their workplace, eliminate B and normalize work environment. After all, it's all built on people's compatibility and workplace interaction. So save it - because people are the most valuable asset of any business.
